DroidDoes minisite Verizon is preparing to welcome the arrival of the Motorola RAZR-esque DROID4, though not much about the Motorola DROID4 remains unknown exception word yet on pricing and release date, the appearance of near-end look of the promo page suspicion seems to at least show that its launch in the near future.

Motorola DROID4 raised only about six months after DROID3. A little information: Motorola DROID4 will bring dual-core 1.2GHz processor with 1GB of RAM, a 4-inch QHD screen, QWERTY keyboard, LTE connectivity, 8 MP rear gunner, 1080P video capture, maybe an HD front facing camera, and almost certainly Android 4.0 Ice Cream sandwich. In fact, Android 4.0 may be the reason Verizon is holding the Droid 4. In this way, the Droid 4 buyers will be able to get the latest version of Android straight from the box.

We'll almost certainly see the DROID4 hit stores before the end of the month, but as with the Galaxy Nexus, rumored ship dates keep coming and going. The latest leak from Droid-Life points to a release on the 22nd, so we can't really be sure if there are delays at play here or not.
